It is crucial that children understand themselves when they are old enough to do so.
My dad would have a drink, but never more than two glasses of wine or beer. He didn't drink everyday either. I would call him an occasional drinker. My mother drank far more than my dad after a bereavement in her 40s, she had high blood pressure after that and an arthritic condition developed in her 50s. She ate well and had a healthy balanced diet, she was an excellent cook. Mum also took vitamins too, she was a great believer in supplementation.
A woman that I know that has drunk a lot during her life also has high blood pressure and she has recently been told that she has diabetes. The friend certainly has nutritional deficiencies because of her diet.

Some people are also suffering hypocondria on top of that due to "project fear".
Did you know that people are having heart attacks and that "fear" is killing people? 26,000 more people have died at home than usual.
Couldn't access hospital care or too afraid to go to hospital? A thorough investigation of those 26,000 cases is called for because only 3% of those people had flu or Covid. The government is now combining cases of flu with Covid cases so how will people ever know the true stats of the virus?
So what treatment do people with "hypocondria" usually receive from the NHS? They're given anti-depressants and CBT. Neither of which heals the condition that they endure. CBT is an American methodology that was developed in the 80s. They close down cases to boost their stats so that they can get more government funding. Another outrageous situation supported by successive governments.

Getting earlier nights sleep now and up earlier. In my youth we used to say an hour before midnight is worth two hours after midnight. It is during the night that the body regenerates itself, so sleep is essential for the health of the body. I stay in on full moons, I followed divine instructions.

I also eat fish and seafood, I do like a fish chowder. Today, I'm making a chicken casserole, with root vegetables, pearl barley and butter beans.

I don't eat soya, I only have soya sauce. Much better for you than airline food.

Has we know the Greeks have a very low incidence of arthritis, all that sunshine, exercise on the land, and a great diet. They eat a lot of chickpeas and olives in Greece, they also eat salad with most meals. This week I cooked Greek Lemon potatoes and I make humous with green olives. I do like a Greek salad and feta cheese.
The Greeks are also heavy smokers and that hasn't made any difference at all to their rate of incidence of arthritis. There is certainly a lot to be said for eating your own cultural food and food grown by your indigenous population. So for instance the Greeks and Italians are probably the most ecological countries in Europe due to most of their farmers telling the chemical companies where to go.
In fact, in Italy, is where the agricultural division of the UN is based, just outside of Rome. The southern European farmers put the quality of their food above profit. Historically, they have also farmed for their own local communities. For those of us that have genetics related to southern Europe like I do, the southern European menus are ideal. Although my body doesn't like the weight of pasta, it makes my body lethargic, it impacts upon my metabolism and makes me sleepy. So I limit pasta in my menus.
Is it really so difficult to recruit people to join the RAF, do the RAF really have to bow to diversity, ponytails and dreadlocks? I agree with Alex, if a person is wearing dreadlocks they're not going to join the RAF. However, the people that did join the RAF that I have met or come in contact with, have had great careers. After they left their service in the RAF they went on with great qualifications for an incredible life. Recently I spread the paint for our great RAF, see the pic above.
Why don't the RAF offer a better package to attract more people to it? The way the job market is right now, there are plenty of intelligent young people that require jobs. I'd like to look at their recruitment marketing campaign and exactly why they're not recruiting enough people.

George was by our side and his hair was long. The friend had shed a lot of weight, he looked very slim. However, the upshot was that our friend was getting better, he was beating his health condition.

While out today I was given ENDOCRINE and there is an Endocrine system in the body that includes the glands that impact upon the organs. Feeding the endocrine system includes celery soup for detoxing the adrenals that impact upon the kidneys and liver.

Sometimes I don't have any appetite and that can make it difficult to get all the appropriate nutrients into me. I bought some green veg today, young broccoli, mange tout, plus some red capsicum, red onions, great for stir fries.
Mixed salad that includes spinach, watercress and rocket. Cucumber. Bananas and lemons. Cream cheese and Greek yoghurt. I tend to buy intuitively.
When my physical energies are low the LORD likes his mystic to eat what he called live food rather than dried food. So I must have plenty of salad and fruit this week, refreshing. Drink water with fresh lemon and flush the endocrine system. Fresh lemon is great for Vit K.
Sweet potatoes and lentils are great for the endocrine system and I have eaten lentils in the last week, I also have a lentil soup to eat. I bought chicken thigh fillets and duck legs too today for stir fries and to have with salad.

Just before I was about to close down the computer for the evening, moving gold energy appeared upon my keyboard, golden energy then appeared as a Hebrew symbol upon my heart, it looked like a Lamed.

In fact, most of my energies are low today, and when that is the case, the best thing to do is stay home and self-nurture, that will be the case for the next week for yours truly. It is hard to do your best when you are not feeling your best but we have to keep on.
At least spiritually my energies are high at 70% and creatively at 97%, so it is a great time to spread the paint and or write. To just be, resting in G-d, eat the best that you can, and uplift yourself anyway that is positive for you.
Hence, an ideal time for what I call pottering at home, being at ease with the self and others. Being tender with our bodies, for when we are tender to our bodies our bodies are tender to us. It is best not to force your body to do anything that could be detrimental for it.
Although many people are not aware what is detrimental for their bodies and carry on regardless. Some people are aware and still carry on regardless. Listen to your bodies and the messages they convey, for the body does give you messages, are you listening to what your body is telling you about it?
