Yesterday morning I dreamt of being in an old, dilapidated building and my son and other family members and people were in the dream. In dream interpretation to dream of such a building is telling the dreamer "you'd better start saving for the rainy days ahead".
There are certainly a lot of dilapidated council owned buildings in the UK. There was a recent case where a child died due to mould in a rented home, in Rochford Borough Council Social Housing and other cases have been in the British media too this week.

Last night I asked for divine help with the current skin conditions and infections that I have been encountering. The response that I received was LIPOPROTEINS.
So this morning I began digging to see what I could find and it brought forth this paper published in March, 2022. It is titled, THE EFFECT OF INFLAMMATION AND INFECTION ON LIPIDS AND LIPOPROTEINS.
It begins by stating that chronic inflammatory diseases, psoriasis and infections are associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Patients with these disorders also have an increase risk of coronary artery calcium measured by CT. Inflammation and infections induce a variety of alterations in lipid metabolism that may initially dampen inflammation or fight infection.
Has I understand it, a chronic skin condition, chronic inflammation can cause abnormalities found in the Lipids and Lipoproteins. Also making it more difficult to fight off infections. This could also explain why anti-biotics are working less proficiently when given to people with the conditions mentioned in the paper.
I've contacted Ivor Cummins due to his interest in Cardiovascular conditions and diabetes, hopefully, he will give us some feedback on the paper and if he has time, a video on his view of it. My question is how accurate are blood tests when the body is inflamed or has any infection?

My son was born in a lovely maternity home with 35 beds in 1983, since then they sold off the site to property developers because the maternity home was on a prime site and the midwives said it wasn't fit for purpose. In other words, it hadn't been upgraded and redeveloped to bring it into the 21st century.
However, what did our location receive instead? Maternity was moved to the main hospital and given a ward of 11 beds instead. This happened during the largest expansion of the population nationally and in our location being the fastest growing town in Europe.
So we now have one third of the beds that we had 40 years ago. If you talk to people that have worked in the NHS during the last 40 years; they will also tell you that the reduction in beds has been going on since the 1980s. Overall, in the NHS we have nearly 2/3rd less beds than we had in the late 80s. At the same time has a population explosion. Then you have health tourism on top of that. People that come into the country to have their babies, then go home again afterwards.
There is a chronic shortage of midwives, and our midwives are highly trained. First they do their nursing qualifications, then they have to train in midwifery. Two elder English midwives that I knew went onto become Health Visitors. So that was three lots of training.

This is an excellent article written by Dr Katie Musgrave, published in the GP magazine on-line Pulse Today. She writes how normal life has been medicalised and I totally agree with her. Katie mentions CBT that many patients are referred too by GPs. CBT was developed in America in the 80s and found its way into counselling in the UK. Governments have spent eye watering amounts of money on it although it is not the quick fix or happy pill that governments think it is. It's another system that uses counsellors to tick boxes by asking a number of questions.
When IAPT CBT practitioners are unable to help someone they close the file because a closed file improves their stats and increases what appears to be the never ending funding.

While reading comments on-line this evening, I was given the message "Cynicism". I find words and their origins fascinating. The word Cynic comes from ancient Greece and is derived from a Greek word meaning dog.

At dawn this morning I found myself in dream state at some type of technology exhibition. Has I walked into the hall, I saw people that I recognised on their stands with their technology offering.
Has I was looking around the hall, there were some round rock shaped robotics moving around the hall, they were small but larger than a Henry vacuum cleaner. They were the heads and faces of technocrats from big tech and the one that I looked at (because it was closest to where I was standing,) was the head of Elon Musk with a cheeky grin. His head was the rock moving around.
A man said to me "you can't bring your dog in here", then I saw loads of dogs rushing around the hall, it was like a movie, dogs all shapes and sizes running around freely. Other people had brought their dogs too and some of them were large. Does it remind you of the song, "who let the dogs out?".
Funny dream, it did make me smile. In dream interpretation dogs are symbolic of loyalty and unconditional love, known has man's best friend.
Another reason why they are symbolic of friendship and good times with friends in dream interpretation. Although the behaviour of a dog in a dream can have an impact on the interpretation. Large dogs can indicate protection through a powerful friend.
If you see products that can clean the floor in your dream it can indicate profitable business activities and it does indicate that Elon is having a clean up. Funny, I bought some floor cleaning products today, having a dog certainly increases the amount of housework that you have to do, to keep everything clean.
The dream was a business dream due to it being business people in an exhibition hall. Different people on different stands. To see a hall in your dream can have different meanings depending on the size and shape of the hall that you saw.

This webinar is from America, the Arthritis National Research Foundation share some of the latest research being carried out on Osteoarthritis in the U.S. It begins by sharing that due to people living longer, joint replacements are having to be replaced sooner. Also joint replacements appear to be lasting less time. Hence, the research is focussing on how people can be helped to delay the high cost of joint replacements.
A few weeks ago, I met an elderly lady that spoke to me about her hip replacement and she said that her condition did not improve afterwards. There is also the fact that 1 in 200 die during knee replacement surgery, shared by Dr John Bergman.
I'm all for delaying any joint replacements and keeping my body has natural has possible. Hence, this research is interesting for those that have an interest in the topic.

Today's news, riot police called in to quell a "disturbance" at a migrant detention centre in Middlesex, near Heathrow. 100 Migrants, many with mental health conditions carrying weapons congregated in the courtyard after a power outage.
Armed police officers were called to remove two economic migrants from the roof of a Holiday Inn, in North Essex. Apparently the food isn't good enough at the 4 star hotel. Plus it doesn't have a swimming pool. The hotels are going to lose so many customers due to the block bookings of the hotels in the UK.
Not only that but staff lose their jobs because security staff have to work in these hotels instead.

Another issue is that in the 80s we had nearly three times the amount of NHS beds than we do now. An example of that is that we used to have a local maternity hospital in the 80s, the prime site was closed and redeveloped for expensive housing. We had 35 beds at that hospital, maternity was then moved to the local main hospital, with a maternity ward of 11 beds. Makes no sense to decrease the number of beds at the same time has population growth was going through the roof.
One local woman that was giving birth had to be driven to a different county to do so.
You might have seen the front pages of the newspapers today, the population has increased by 10 million immigrants in the last decade, ten million people that were not born in the UK. Then they wonder why the NHS is in the state that it is in. We are overpopulated and the infrastructure of the country is at breaking point.
So what can we do? Implement the Australian policy of ZERO TOLERANCE of "illegal migration", deport people that can now return home due to their countries being safe for them. The Danish are now asking those from Syria to return home.
During the night I had a dream about luggage. A friend and I were leaving a location and I was checking over all of the luggage. There were loads of different bags with different things in the bags, but the luggage that I was most concerned about was the suit case with my clothes in it. I kept on asking where that case was, the flight attendant thought it might have already been put on the plane.
In the meantime, we were chatting with other travellers saying what a lovely time we'd had, we said that we would be back, even if it was just for a long weekend.
Then my leg cramped up during the dream, a round, short, bald headed, man came over to my side to help, (he looked Indian) he was holding my arm and was talking to me about the cramping in my left leg, then I was brought out of dream state by the cramping.
DREAM INTERPRETATION

I am feeling positive about NOVEMBER, for numerous reasons and we have another eclipse coming, this time in Taurus. Taurus being an earth sign it is usually grounded, it likes a secure, safe home life and settled relationships.

Some have estimated that there are around a million "illegal migrants" living in the UK. They don't only arrive by boat, there are other means of transport. Planes, Ferries, Trains, Cars. When Theresa May was at the Home Office, border force knew people were arriving, but they didn't even know where those people went or even whether they left the country.
However, Migrant Watch share that there have been 6.7 million migrants registering with GP's in the last ten years. Easy to understand why the NHS is suffering, especially when we have nearly two thirds less beds than we had in the 80s. Population explosion with NHS cuts is the real cause, not the elderly.
