Lemongrass can be eaten in food. In Israel, "cancer patients" are also referred to the Lemongrass farmer so that they can make a hot drink with it to drink at treatment time.
You can buy Lemongrass as a healing oil to smell and or massage your body with it. However, it would be great to be able to grow it, and I shall definitely put it on my list to grow in 2020. I'm also going to cook with it, and I love the smell of it.
The terrorist alert had been lessened in the UK prior to the 2nd attack at London Bridge in London yesterday. The story is all over the front pages of the national press in the UK.
It wasn't only London that was hit yesterday either. This video sharing on the London event, also mentions that there was a knife attack in Paris, and I will include that there was also a knifeman on the rampage at a shopping centre in Holland too, although neither Paris or Holland received any decent news coverage.
As far as London is concerned, we know now that the man shot at by the police was a Pakistani Muslim that had been previously imprisoned on terrorist offences then tagged on release. I think most people agree that the people that carry out these attacks should be deported rather than tagged. If their families don't like it then tough, they can be deported too.
I'd even go further and close all mosques and Islamic schools. If people don't like it then tough, leave the UK if you don't like it. Our politicians have to grow a backbone, and start deportations. This is not the first that the same person has committed an "horrendous jihadi crime" against our people.
All Europeans should be on alert this holiday season, in fact, all western countries should be on high alert. I knew something was up as I had been unusually tearful this week, and I tend to get tearful just prior to an attack.

I think it is the most "depressing" time in British politics, people have so had enough of all of the infighting and people standing against our democratic vote in 2016. Three years of arguing over leaving the EU, when it is our democratic right to do so. David Cameron said on television that we had two years to negotiate and after that we would be out on WTO terms. That is what we voted for in the referendum.

I view the hijab as the same because I remember the days when you rarely saw a Muslim woman wearing a hijab, and the only burkas you saw in those days were when the Saudi's came shopping in the UK.
What was worn changed rapidly, and it was like it happened overnight with mass immigration. My view is that it happened in a country when the % of Muslims reached a specific size of population, although now for some young Muslim women it has become a fashion of identification and being able to identify each other by what a person wears.

Yesterday I bought a woollen jumper to go with a long dress that my mother gave me and when I arrived home I was given the message of "TEAL" clairaudiently.
Teal is the name of a duck, it has a green stripe on it's head, and it is also the name of a colour that it gets from the bird.
The word teal is derived from the middle English word tele. In business a TEAL organisation is an emerging organisational paradigm.
In Christianity, we find the Green Scapular, also known as the badge of the immaculate heart of Mary. It is written that some nuns in France were given some visions in 1840, and that is how this "Cloth medal" came to be.
In the visions they saw Mother Mary, holding her heart aflame in her right hand and a green rectangular cloth in her left hand hanging from a Green string.
What was most unusual about the visions that they received is that the holy mother was seen without her veil and her hair was flowing.
I too have seen the holy mother with her hair flowing, dressed in a white gown. Although it is some years ago now, I remember it as I was in the bathroom at the time and her appearance was distinctive due to it being the first time I had seen her flowing hair.
It is not the first time I have worn this colour, I wore this colour for a time in the late 90s just prior to changing my life completely. It was at the end of one state of being, and moving on to a new state of being. My son and I even moved countries for a year after I began wearing this colour.
So it can definitely relate to endings and new beginnings and a forthcoming change in your life that is usually positive. It reminds me of my teddy bear keyring that is the same colour and my life certainly changed after I bought that. Now on this keyring is two new keys, a new key for the new front door, and a new key for my new used car.
While bathing today, I drifted off and then I was shown a vision and in the vision I saw a message written on a forum thread and it was a one-liner giving an instruction.

It looks like it is a great week for yours truly, I certainly enjoyed today, and picking up some bargains, I have always been a bargain hunter. What do bargain hunters do? They shop around, swan around to find the best buys.
Bargain hunters look after the pennies because we know then the £'s will look after themselves. So for instance; today I stocked up on Carotino Oil for cooking as it was reduced by another 20pence a bottle, so I bought four, that oil will last me right into 2020. I do still cook with olive oil, and I like it on salads, cheese and olives.
However, most of the time I now cook with Carotino Oil due to it's amazing health benefits. So for instance last night I cooked a chicken dhansak in it and I put aubergine in when I cook that dish. This time of year it is important to up your in take of spices due to the spices and garlic keeping the germs away. Sometimes I cook with coconut oil too, that also has amazing health benefits.
Mangoes and raspberries were also reduced in price today, so this week I have that fruit, with oranges, blueberries and bananas for the week.
I like new moons, new beginnings and fresh starts each month, and it sounds like this week is going to be a lot less intense. I have a lot more free time to just swan around and enjoy myself. I've already had a dream this morning and I often receive a dream when it is coming up to or on a moon change.
My moon is in gemini the communicator, so I anticipate there will be more news to do with communications about travels and travelling and invitations to do so.
This morning I had a dream and I travelled to an historic location, it was a lovely small place in Europe, it looked like France or Italy.
Then while I was swanning around the historic location I came across an historic site of some importance and there was an ancient pool inside a shop front. It was a location where St Francis had been to bathe and there was still running water amongst the ancient stones.
While at the site on my own, I thought an English friend might like to go there and that I would bring back a brochure to England to show her. However, I considered that the brochure was far too expensive and I refused to pay that much for it. After that I saw the Spirit of St Francis swanning around in the location, so I knew it related to St Francis.
Then as I woke up, I was given the name of an Italian dish from Rome. "Carbonara", that was further confirmation that the location was Italy. The word "Carbonara" is derived from the word "Carbonoro" and it means "Charcoal burner".
Then as soon as I wrote about the dream on-line to share, I received a telephone call from a colleague that had travelled to Assisi in our group years ago. The last time we were in touch was in 2018, so it was a surprise to receive a phone call from her on the same day as this dream.

Alistair says "there is no money in comedy", comedians do it for the love of doing it and that is one of the reasons why there are far less women in comedy.
In this interview they discuss what happened to Alistair William's comedy career due to him being pro-BREXIT. Sargon asked him who is it that are the thought police in the field of comedy, who is policing comedy in the UK? Alistair says it is difficult to identify who orbits him and then phones the comedy clubs to get the comedy acts cancelled or bookings stopped.
He says that it only began happening when he came out as pro-Brexit. They both agree that they have a moral responsibility to call out the politicians with their comedy, it's the right thing to do.
When you are driven out of the main comedy venues, then you create your own niche market, Alistair says that other opportunities do open up before you. Comedy is one of the main British exports in the entertainment industry and British people love comedy.

Bless him, trust George Michael to turn up in a Reiki healing session this week. After I saw a red cross in a white circle. He was singing "I'm Your Man" and other songs of his. It threw me a bit when he started singing. That's the first time that's happened during a Reiki healing session, George Michael bursting into song.
KYRIACOS

His middle name, Kyriacos and in Greek his middle name means "Of the Lord". How amazing is that, to hear him singing clairaudiently. He talks to me sometimes, George and Diana, both chat sometimes.
The first time I was aware that he had made a connection from the Spirit world was on the 22nd of September, 2017 when he said, "WHAM", I knew immediately who it was. That came right after I had begun helping elderly people with their health and nutrition in September 2017, as I knew that I just had to share what I knew to be true.
He has great compassion for elderly people and he viewed it that elderly people had been "neglected". In one of his songs he sings about asking his friends for help with his causes but they replied that they were too busy to help him. Two of his causes included helping the homeless and helping the elderly and I have been involved in helping both.
"The greater the love that you have become, the greater are the causes".

As far as 5g is concerned, Ben might change his tune if he and his family suffered what some families and their animals are suffering due to 4g and 5g. Although I would not wish that reality upon him or his family and pets.
Far too many people and their pets are passing over due to the impact of the technology. We already know that 5g was used by the military to impact upon the skin, eyes, and immune system.
What we find is that investigations of "cancer in dogs" is helping surgeons to improve the care of humans as well as the animals. This article is from 2017.
Dogs can also sniff out "lung cancer" a study found. This study was with Beagles. The dogs sense of smell is at least 10,000 times more sensitive than most humans. Beagles were chosen for the study due to them being "Scent Hounds".
These dogs are also able to pick out "cancer" from blood samples with incredible accuracy. Now that is something that Ben and his scientific friends at SO can't do with smell. Never underestimate the power of a dog!
I note that those most recent studies are based upon developing a drug to stop it rather than studies on "anti-cancer" foods that can have powerful impact. In my research there are some foods that have a compound that is known to "kill cancer cells".
No surprise then that pearl barley was given to dogs to eat in Roman times. However, some people can't have pearl barley due to their food allergies and having to have gluten free food. Although I did find a couple of alternatives that those people can have and it includes Red Palm Oil, and Coconut Oil.
Something else that I recommend to people for their nutrition is goats milk, cheese and yoghurt, due to it having K2 in it. When I began drinking goats milk, eating a lot more goats cheese, and yogurt I found it definitely helped the strength of my back. We also have a local farm that makes an amazing range of goats milk ice cream.
This week while giving healing I saw a Spirit Dog sitting in my drivers seat in the car looking up at me. It looked like a Border Collie, the message of the Border Collie is play comes prior to work. Not only that but the Border Collie protects the borders and the sheep from invaders. That dog is protecting my car, bless it.
So with all the invitations being received this week, it's time to join in with some celebrations and have an enjoyable time before next year begins. Time to circulate, show everyone I am still alive and kicking.
Earlier in the year I had a dream of the Israeli's asking me when I was coming back to Israel, I told the Israeli PM that I have to go to Greece first but I could come for Christmas. He laughed at me and said, " YOU can't have a Jewish Christmas with us".
Funny, that it is Jewish holidays this Christmas, it is Chanukah from the 22nd of December until the 30th. It would be lovely to stay in Nazareth for Chanukah and Christmas.
I've asked Spirit if I can go to Israel for Christmas and the response was "NO". I asked can I go away for Christmas and the response was "NO". I asked, do I have to stay at home this Christmas and the answer was "YES!"
So I don't get any choice in the matter then, I suppose I better get on with painting the hallway then and just being cosy at home, sorting the place out.
Earlier in the year I also had a dream of looking out of my lounge window, and children and people were playing in the snow. So it will be interesting to see if and when that happens.

The Journey, Robert Currey from Equinox was absolutely correct. I ordered my planetary map earlier in the year and it mentioned that this week I would be receiving invitations and I did, I received four invitations exactly as the planetary map indicated.
Venus has been in Sagittarius until the 25th of November, the Cafe have written that on the 25th Venus moves into Capricorn until the 20th December, 2019. I have Capricorn in my 2nd house.
The 2nd house is about our natural talents and resources. It highlights our attitude towards the material world. It is when our principles can come to the fore, the importance of structure, stability, security, safety, it is a time when people can realign their lives to what is really important to you.
With Venus in Capricorn what we have in our lives has to be tangible. It is a time when people can look at what they have invested in during their lives. Did they invest in the right relationships and friendships, did they invest their time developing the self and healing the self. How did they develop their careers and where are they going in their careers, did their careers provide the stability and structure that was necessary for prosperity and to maintain and sustain their lives.
Did they invest their time in helping others that required stability, structure, safety and priorities. Did we help others to improve and increase their self-worth and self-esteem, to trust in a higher power and their own abilities to make a difference to their lives and the lives of others. Or did people only love what they could obtain or take from others; an example being economic migrants that invaded our country!
This is a time when people can look at their relationships, friendships and careers from an objective view point. The question being why did we stay together, and did we stay together for the right reasons.
As we know it is often the case that at this time of year, people ponder upon their lives, where they've been and what they're doing, what their plans are for now and for next year.
How beneficial the year has been and where does loyalty exist in it, how faithful have you been to your spiritual journey and your purpose for living on the planet. It was reported recently that a doctor said that "Illness means not living your purpose for being", that doctor has redefined what the word "Illness" means.
Did you create the tangible stability that you required this year, how will you review the year and reflect upon it. Did you improve and strengthen your foundations, did you increase your repertoire and what you have to offer? How did you improve your life and the lives of others, what guidance and insights were you able to provide? Did you have the seeds and keys to life to offer?
The goat is steady on it's feet, it is strongly built, and it can climb every mountain. Goat's milk is also great for the stability and structure of the back. From strength comes more strength, from stability comes more stability. Be tender with your bodies and your body is tender with you.
So for instance if children have strong parents, the children become strong people. If children have parents that are stable, children develop stability and balance. Sometimes one parent has more than another parent. Children like strength and stability, it makes the children feel safe and secure in the power of love. It shapes the people that they become, for children learn what they live.
That is why it is crucial that children have strong dads, and that their dads spend as much time with their children as they possibly can. Children grow up so very fast, far too fast in this 21st century, can we halt the speed of it, only if parents are intent on doing so.
Children don't have a childhood for long, and my dad made sure that it was as joyous as he could possibly make it. He dedicated so much of his time to yours truly. The Son of Joseph knew his time with me could never be replaced with material things. That the power of his love that he instilled in his daughter would see me through whatever circumstances I found myself in.
He built the foundation of love in yours truly, so that it would ultimately always be true love that would lead the way of my heart. He knew that love would win in the end, he trusted in the true Christ teachings.
SPIRIT DOG
It is a crucial time when people decide if they are going to stay or whether they are going to go. It is a time when people are faced with decisions where to go and with whom. So it is no coincidence that we have an election in the UK on the 12th of December during this Venus in Capricorn transit.
I anticipate that people will be looking for stability in our country, safety and security, that which is tangible not that which is not. We have already been shown that the Labour Party cannot fulfil their promises to the people, their manifesto is pie in the sky. They also support what a majority of our people in our country stand against.
If UKIP achieved anything, we certainly shook up the establishment and many more people became active and activists. UKIP forced the issue and we did win the referendum, and win the vote to leave.
For that our country should be truly thankful. The stability of Gerard Batten's leadership was also magnanimous, truly an amazing statesman. An incredible journey for Gerard Batten, always in our hearts.
So we have the Venus in Capricorn transit beginning on the 25th of November, on the 26th of November there is a new moon in Sagittarius the traveller. On the 2nd of December Jupiter enters Capricorn, Jupiter and it's expansion, the joyous planet. We also have the fire of Mars moving into Scorpio.
I knew that 2020 was going to be a powerful year of change, due to the numerics of it, and it is biblical. That is why I ordered a year's map to see what was in store planetary wise over the next year as I know it is going to be a very powerful year indeed for yours truly.
Being a sun sign Aquarian, I like to go with the flow of the planetary energies and not work against the energy that can be very powerful indeed. In 2020 I will be spreading seeds and swanning around meeting up with people, I always enjoyed networking.
While typing I received a phone call, another invitation, so now I have to get dressed to go to the meeting for a drink. Five invitations this week so far.
Last year I bagged up the leaves in the Spring and I don't think they had enough moisture. So now is the time to shred the new leaves for the compost bin and make sure they have plenty of moisture to decompose. Tony gives us his tips for turning leaves in to leaf gold.
There was a squirrel on my front lawn this morning that is covered in leaves, the squirrel was looking for food amongst the leaves. That's the first time I've seen a squirrel on the front. It's time to put some food out for the wildlife.

However, in the UK if you are referred to a consultant for a vascular condition, the consultant provides no explanation for any thread vein blood explosions, what is happening to your body and or how you can remedy the situation with supplements or what nutrition is required. All they are interested in is if you require an urgent operation.
The same with people that experience small blood clots or blood explosions in the brain. The fact of the matter is that most doctors in hospitals are trained to be surgeons, rather than doctors of prevention when the earliest symptoms are seen.
To be doctors of prevention of health conditions increasing and how to reverse it, then doctors would require serious training in nutrition. In fact, all patients could be referred to a nutritionist, although even nutritionists in the UK really have to be brought up to date.
The last time I spoke to a woman that had done a three year degree in nutrition, I asked her if she had been taught what I had been sharing with her and she replied, "No". As we know the NHS in the UK is 20 years behind other western countries due to a lack of investment in our national healthcare. Also hiring doctors that were trained in non-western cultures is most unsuitable for our people and culture.
As some of those countries and cultures don't even experience the same health conditions that westerners do, and westerners don't suffer from some of the health conditions that non-western countries do.
It always costs a lot more in the long run, when successive governments neglect what is crucial to be addressed. Healthcare must be a priority for individuals and governments due to the high cost of keeping our western nations has healthy as possible.
We also know that the medical condition can be reversed with improved nutrition as featured in the British media and by the Alzheimers Society due to the society being so impressed by the case study. In this case the 82 year old lady was helped by her son.
So then ask yourselves are you MILES AHEAD of your GPs whose training is already out of date by the time they qualify? It has taken the local NHS hospital ten years to accept that I have a spinal injury that goes all the way back to 2009. I was seen by various departments and consultants I wasn't satisfied with any of them. It even took me nearly 7 years to obtain an MRI scan, and even then they scanned the lower back and not the whole back.
So here we are ten years later and now referred back for a spinal assessment due to a neck x-ray. It really is outrageous that our people are suffering so much at the hands of private companies within the NHS. My case shows that there is no continuity of care after numerous visits to A&E.
This is the second painting that looks like a dog received this month, I also saw a Spirit dog looking out of the drivers window in my car this week.
The dog was looking up at me where healing was being given and received. I did wonder if the lady that owned the car before I did, had a dog, the dog seen in the distance looked like a small Border Collie from it's colouring and head shape.
Dogs keep on appearing before me in different realities. I am going to call this painting, Spirit Dog.
Dogs have an amazing spiritual connection, they often know what is going to happen prior to it happening. When I meet dogs whilst walking, they will often jump up to give me a kiss on the face.
Dogs are interesting, like children, how they feel drawn towards some people and not others. We also know that some children and dogs can see auric fields.
Sometimes they will lay down and show me where they would like to receive healing when I meet the dogs. Hence I give the dogs what they ask for in my presence, sometimes the younger dogs just like to receive a cuddle and a smile. Just like some children do.

Sometimes the paintings take on a life of their own.
The paint was spread last night for this painting and the colours include purple, yellow, pink and orange. There is a lot of yellow in the painting, and the healing oil that has been given in the last week is lemongrass. Lemongrass is great for gums, skin and general purification.
With humans in Asia lemongrass is chewed for keeping the teeth and gums clean. Humans can drink lemongrass tea. Lemongrass is also being looked at in "Cancer research', although a lot more research is required with Lemongrass.
Unfortunately, due to new technology, 4g and 5g, I have noticed that far too many dogs are "dying due to cancer." Most dogs used to pass over due to natural causes, of course that was prior to the new technology.
If a dog eats the lemongrass plant it can upset their stomach as their intestines are not used to digesting plants. Although I don't see any reason why a dog couldn't be allowed to smell it from the bottle or in a carrier oil. If the dog requires it, they will come back for more.
Recently I met a local lady and she has had numerous dogs pass over due to "cancer", she herself also said that she'd had "stomach cancer". I asked her if she used a laptop and or carried a mobile phone in her pocket.
Interesting that every time I got a laptop it was taken away from me, so after that happened with numerous laptops, I decided it was divine intervention and resigned myself to the fact that laptops were not for me. I returned to using a more stable desk computer full-time.
Dogs love receiving Reiki healing, and they're also wonderful healers too. We also give flower essences to dogs for their emotions and to help them with their behaviour, a natural cure from nature.
For physical ailments we tend to allow the dogs to smell the appropriate aromatherapy oils and give them hands on healing. Again nature provides the healing for the ailments.
Although Shiatsu for dogs is also available in the UK and that was developed after Shiatsu for Horses. Dogs have meridians, just has people do. The last I heard from a former colleague she was writing a book about it and of course is still teaching it.

Due to the amount of times that dogs are being shown to me in different realities, I have contacted a couple of local animal rescues today with the hope of meeting up with them in 2020.
I am also looking for a companion therapy dog to work with yours truly, as most elderly people love a dog, children love a dog too. Remember this - a dog licked it!
Human's best friend, the dog is symbolic of the unconditional love that they bestow. In return the healing community have done wonderful work with the animals. While people were learning how to heal the animals they were also learning how to heal themselves.
When people were learning how to heal themselves they were also learning how to heal the animals. We even did "inner child" healing work with the dogs and looked at their past life experiences to heal those too. It has been an incredible spiritual journey, in so many different realities.
