Physiological conditions, Raynaud's is a vascular condition and people can experience it in different levels of severity depending upon the condition of your blood vessels, and it happens when there is a decrease of blood flow to the different regions of your body. When the oxygen supply is depleted the skin can become blue. Apparently, it is also accompanied by swelling.
