Councils -v- Vulnerable

Local councils and their representatives that are working on behalf of the councils are in effect 'Breaking the law'. That includes the 'Baliffs'. Enforcement notices are being sent to innocent people at the cost of 75.00.

It then tells the vulnerable that they will be charged 235.00 to visit. Followed by 110.00 to remove goods etc.

THE LOCAL COUNCILS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED IN BRITISH LAW TO ENFORCE ANYTHING AGAINST THE VULNERABLE.

Daughter Zion defends the 'oppressed' and what this recluse has had to go through to find out what they're doing to the poor and vulnerable.

Please make sure that the people in your communities know the law that defends them against the local councils and their representatives.

Jesus warned about the local councils in this timeline and you can find it written in the scripture.

Bailiffs and Vulnerable persons and households:

Regulation 10(1) of the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013 says bailiffs may not take control of goods in the persence of vulnerable persons.

Paragraphs 70 to 78 of the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014 says enforcement agents must withdraw from the property.

Paragraph 77 says a potentially vulnerable household or person include:
  • The elderly and infirm
  • A disabled person including a person with mental health issues
  • The seriously ill
  • The recently bereaved
  • Single parent families
  • Pregnant women

My right hand is clenched now - I was kneading bread last week.

While local councils are doing what they doing to the poor in the UK.

National government has spent British money on education for foreign students. Over 5500 students had no intention to study. Empty classes where the foreigners only came to England to get the grants. Did you enjoy spending the British purse Lib Labs.
