Independent, Matthew Randolph (from a police family) is standing has a candidate for Gloucester Police and Crime Commissioner on the 2nd May. His candidacy was funded by the general public. It costs £5,000 to stand as a Police and Crime Commissioner.

After the interview, Matthew shares that he has made a complaint to the police about the BBC and they are investigating various matters that he has raised.
