You have to remember that most of these Care Workers are working on zero hour contracts and minimum wages. They haven't been paid danger money for working in a care home. Bear in mind that Care Homes are usually privately owned, sub-contractors to the NHS and local councils. The rich living off the backs of the poor. Remember Richard Branson owns some care homes, Virgin Care.
In 2013, over 330,000 Health Care Workers were put on zero hour contracts. These Health Care workers have received "psychological torture", and the government must pay these workers for all of the damage that they have done to their health and well-being.
