This video is from Dr James Meschino, I came across this Canadian Professor around 2015 timeline, he has provided some great articles on his website citing studies and this is one of his presentations.
I'm taking 1500mg for osteoarthritis. Glucosamine is the only supplement that stops the destruction of cartilage. From the age of 40-45 people should be taking a lower dose of glucosamine for prevention.
I also take 600mg of CoQ10. Enjoy his presentation, it is full of information.
