It's a Greek manuscript of a revision of the earlier Septuagint and the revision is dated to the 1st century CE. It was discovered amongst the "Dead Sea Scrolls" at Qumran. It is written that the text includes the words "Angel of YHWH" instead of "Angel of the Lord".
From what I can see on-line, there are other differences mentioned too. Scholars must view this has very important because scholars have written books on this specific fragment. I've checked with my copy of the DSS by Geza Vermes, and (8HEVXIIGR) doesn't seem to be included, although there are other fragments in Greek translated.
