SUN DAY and SEA STAR

Yesterday was a repotting day and re-organising what is growing in my home and garden.

Today, Sunday, pottering, cooking and relaxing. Finishing up food in the fridge, and making cakes.

Almond and Orange cake, and an Apple, and Cranberry Strudel with almond butter and poppy seeds, the almond and orange cake was also made with the almond butter shared in a previous blog post.

Poppy seeds are brilliant for pain relief, although it is best to eat them early evening as they metabolise really fast. I have a lot of appointments in August, so not so much time to post, enjoy this lovely song, return to innocence. Hope you have enjoyed your sun day.

There has been great news from the Defend Europe team, they outsmarted the Liberal Italians and Antifa, so best wishes to the Defend Europe mission, Sea Star and journalists that are providing the feedback on the mission.

On Friday, I saw green energy appear on my right hand, on the mount of jupiter, so that it is good, it reminded me of David and I am sure that David the sailor, is looking over the Defend Europe team with so much love to you all and your mission.

DAVID 

I have a star on my mount of Jupiter and I was told by a palmist that is very rare to see. Over the decades it has got larger and larger, and it now looks like a grand cross. Jupiter the planet of expansion. 

Last night in Barcelona, Spain, 22,000 people had to be evacuated from a music festival due to a stage fire, and in the UK, another music festival in Derbyshire has been rained off. So it's not the timeline for music festivals and there have been plenty of messages and testimony of warning about that.
