SKIN THINNING?

Skin thinning? It can happen with age, inside and outside. For those that might be experiencing it, a post from 2016, mentions food for boosting the estrogen to help the skin. Really important that you eat foods that are high in estrogen and collagen boosting foods e.g foods with manganese. If you have dry skin, that is a clear sign that you are low in estrogen.
