Scotland was -14 during the night. The coldest since 2020. Where I am it is 0 this morning, with white snow cloud skies.
Seriously dangerous for the homeless. Over 100 schools closed in Scotland yesterday. It is also dangerous for people that drive EV's, in America, EV cars were stranded yesterday. Electric batteries don't like freezing weather and they don't like water either.
