Paul Saladino MD, broccoli can be an issue and is involved in thyroid issues.
I don't eat raw broccoli, although I do eat some cooked baby broccoli sometimes. I don't eat green cabbage or kale, my gut doesn't like it. I don't eat spinach anymore because it is high in oxalates. I used to eat spinach fresh in salads and cooked. That stopped in 2023 after I came across Sally K Norton and her book, "Toxic Superfoods", on oxalates.
