Earlier this morning, I listened to the Assange team speak to the media, now let's see what they publish.
Interesting that the Human Rights Lawyer, Amal Clooney is currently in Australia, from whence Julian came. In the press conference today, Julian's wife said that Julian would like to return to Australia, to see his mother as she is unable to travel to see him.
However, there are questions about his safety because the Australian government has done nothing to help with Julian's release from political persecution in the UK and by America. The psychological and physical torture that Julian has suffered is definitely a "crime" against him and there must be accountability for it.

Every journalist has the responsibility to write the truth, they must raise the standard and live in integrity. What the governments have done to Julian, can also happen to them if they don't take action now to defend freedom of the press and the right to investigate governments. Journalism has to give truthful oversight of the scrutiny of government activity, so that the general public can be aware of what is happening in our countries.
Dissent is a Human Right and is enshrined in International Human Rights law.
