FOXGLOVE MESSAGE

Today, I received the message FOXGLOVE, a plant associated with a Victorian garden. My grandmother's garden had foxgloves in it and she had a serious heart condition. Hence, I associate the plant with my grandmother Sophia and her garden in London.

This video presentation is from Ian McCullough on the Chemistry, Pharmacology and Biological Activity of Foxglove. Research with this flower began in the 1700s. The Foxglove plant can be toxic for humans and animals, although it has been used in medications.
