This link looks at it from a different perspective because Hephzibah was a wife of a King and a mother. It says that she was the daughter of a prophet, prophet Isaiah.

It's clear that Isaiah is giving key words to help to identify due to life circumstances, life circumstances being the key to open the prophet's text. Just like the artist Michelangelo put hidden messages in his fresco's for identification purposes for the last days of the end times; the prophet's did too in their writings.

The prophecy appears to mention different life circumstances at different stages of life but everything works out and comes to a positive conclusion because the Lord delights in her. It's interesting to me that there is a ram's head in that fresco, as my dad was an Aries the ram and it was after he passed over that I started a business in 1989. Some of my clients and those that I was networking with were builders and worked in that industry, including manufacturing building products that are viewed in that fresco.
In a different fresco, the ELIAKIM fresco, Michelangelo shows you the mother with her son when he was a baby.
