Today there is news from Tel Aviv, news reports say that a crane as toppled over at a site in the Ramat HaHayal neighbourhood where construction has been going on.

What is important about the location? The profile says that the meaning of it is literally 'Soldiers Hill' and it is a high technology area of Tel Aviv. It was established in 1949, to absorb Jewish people from China, it is written that they left China due to the civil war.
