The Police force financially incentivised, just like Asians.

This cop tells you what that co-creates in a police force, it ends up with most of the police officers only being interested in what can make them money, to meet their targets and to keep their jobs.  If they don't meet their targets then they are fired.

They've made police officers into "Tax collectors", and when that happens it impacts upon the culture of a nation that stood in integrity.

Immigration does not improve a culture, it makes a culture "uncultured". America can't improve its nation by bringing in immigrants or by increasing "Taxes", to support its regime and empire.

Immigration doesn't make a culture, money doesn't make a culture, war doesn't make a culture, it destroys it. There are some rich people with class, although there are a lot more without it. Theresa May in the UK is an example of a woman with 'no class', as seen in what she wore and how she acted when she met with Putin. Putin knows women, he smirked at Theresa, a woman of her age should have more grace and dignity.

Then there was Obama that left the plane from the basement of the plane in China, 'no carpet' for Obama, and the Clinton administration. That's China saying to Obama, 'You are America's baggage". Apparently, there was a run in between the Obama officials and the Chinese, on the tarmac at G20,  and the Chinese told the Americans to behave themselves, as they were on Chinese soil.

Then there was the Clinton emails, and the UK saying that the spy that was found in the locked bag in the bath had accessed a Bill Clinton guest list. I thought gay people were allowed to get away with almost anything, not if you access a guest list. Does Clinton like the bath is that her way of showing people that she is not happy with them? What about her popularity, was Whitney Houston more popular on the world stage than Clinton? Oh yes she was. Clinton couldn't have that could she when the singer was planning to make a comeback.

It rings of what happened to Diana, our Queen of Hearts, when she was more popular than Elizabeth.
