In the village Vrontados, on the island of Chios, has it's own unique way of celebrating Easter, as the film footage shares with us. The priest blesses the congregation with bay leaves and the leaves are for healing the nations. Do you cook with bay leaves? I always have bay leaves in the cupboard.
