It has brought great joy to my heart that Putin has backed the Russian bill for the "Criminalisation of the incitement to suicide on the internet and in social networks". This bill will certainly help to halt the "martyrdom by suicide" that is encouraged by Muslims and Americans. 

It has been a long campaign to help "depressed and suicidal youth" that spans at least two decades.

I did read that Russia took action due to the high increase in "suicides" in their country.
