Remember that seeds metabolise faster than other food. I've cooked with Fenugreek in curries. Although while pregnant I couldn't take spices at all, not Indian or Chinese food. All I ate was fresh fruit, fish, chicken and salads. Some red meat in lasagne etc with salads too.
