W in Right Hand

The last time I really examined my hands in July 2018, I found fishes in my hands and the palmist shared that it was a very positive sign.

When I examined my hands today, there is a large W in my right hand and it touches the head line and heart line in my hand. Photo of the right hand taken today, 2nd of September, 2019. I have contacted the palmist again to see what he has to say about it, although as Jesus once said to me, "In your heart you know".
