The message about the ball is interesting as the ball reminds yours truly of dancing with Jesus, he likes to dance and so do I. After the message was received the crocus mandala was uploaded in the public domain, and saffron is great for eyesight. Red plums are also great for eyesight and I made a wonderful red plum cheesecake for Jewish New Year, 5790.
Dancing is great for keeping you fit, so the dance is on Lotus Feet.
