Although I remember her being a model the most when I was living and working in London, and that's why her name pinged out at me when I saw her obituary in the Telegraph.

Her profile says that she turned down film roles due to the restrictions that film contracts placed upon her and that she could earn more working as a model. At the time she was supporting her mother and her brother's education costs. Actress Helen Mirren was her cousin.
