Due to the fact that what Theresa May is doing is "unlawful", Robin Tilbrook is taking legal action against Theresa May. Funds are being raised for a judicial review, in this interview it explains that what the government is doing with article 50 has to be legal and within our laws and constitutional requirements. The government is not allowed to do whatever they would like to do because it is unconstitutional. Basically, Robin Tilbrook is saying they're not allowed to extend BREXIT beyond the 29th of March, 2019.
