My breakfast was Greek yogurt, chia and fennel seeds, ground almond and banana. After that I had a pomegranate, with my supplements and a little goats milk. Now he is asking for Dal, that will be my next meal.
My LORD and Saviour gets me up.
I must admit, the Dal was lovely with mango pickle and pitta bread. Heartwarming, red lentils cooked in turmeric, and cardamon, some sesame oil. A small red onion cooked in sesame oil, and butter, with three cloves of garlic, two old chili's, and some poppy seeds and a little honey. Included with the red lentils when cooked. Lots of nutrients in dal.
