In fact, I'm going to have a bean dinner this evening, butter beans cooked in onions, garlic, tomatoes and some home grown chilli pepper. I might include some spices too, and have my beans with a little coconut and lime rice, and a herb salad. Studies show that people that eat the most legumes, live the longest.
