Feathered Carnival Holidays London

Londoners are covered in feathers for the annual Notting Hill carnival in London. Hundreds of thousands of people unite for the festivities in London. The 50th anniversary is being celebrated over three years as people cannot agree on when it began. So 2014, 2015, and 2016, the biggest event of its type in Europe, where it all began.
