70th Anniversary La Tomatina - Spain

Israel was in the news yesterday over the ketchup in Israel, and now today there is the La Tomatina Festival in Spain and its 70th anniversary. The Spanish do know how to have fun, although it was my mum that taught the Spanish how to fry tomatoes for breakfast. So in honour of Mum and Spain, I shall have tomatoes for a belated lunch to celebrate.

I shall not throw tomatoes, I shall eat them. They are very good for the prostate of both men and women. If you have had plenty of sleep, and your energy is waning, it means that your vital body isn't getting enough of the energy that it requires.

So an egg booster with fried tomatoes is a good way to start the day, although not every day. A balanced diet is essential and its essential that you get all the nutrients that the body requires. So last night I made a beetroot sauce and I had it on an avocado salad.

The 26th August is the 'Day of Support' and the numeric of 26 is a gematria of the name of God.

So a good day for a food festival.
