Herb Green Chili Beetroot Spaghetti

I saw the pictures of the Lord Mayors show in London city this night, the annual parade that many children have enjoyed during its history. The historic golden coach was carrying a copy of the Magna Carta. Fleet Street, well known to people that have worked in the area, and been to the parade. I then saw the crest, and looked at the crests.

Its lovely that where I lived in London for most of my years living there. The crest has a baby elephant and its motto:

NON SIBI SED TOTI' = Not for self but for all.

So what's for dinner mum, meal for one. Or two as a starter.

Herb-Green Chili Beetroot Spaghetti

3-4 cloves of garlic
Half a medium sized onion sliced and chopped.
4 fresh green chili's sliced thinly
3 baby beetroot diced small
Teaspoon of capers (good for teeth)
Teaspoon of oregano
Teaspoon of basil
Olive oil
Black pepper to taste
Depending on your taste buds, a sprinkle of soya sauce, at the end.

Saute the ingredients in the olive until warmed through, and the onions have turned red.

There you have your healthy sauce for the spaghetti.

I have boiled an egg, that will be sliced to dress the dish.

Nice and colorful, tasty, and full of nutrition.

Enjoy
