This news report from April 30, state that Israel is firing on fishermen in Gazan waters due to a ceasefire agreement made with the PLO. It means that the fisherman can only fish within 3 nautical miles. [1]

BLAZING BOAT - AUSTRALIAN MARINA 

A blazing boat has rammed into other vessels at Coffs Harbor. The news report mentions 'dramatic scenes' at a marina in New South Wales. Police say that the fishing trawler was deliberately lit, the burning boat also collided with a yacht that sunk due to it. [2]
