What most people don't realise is that American Bully dogs are XL's. The XL is an American Bully, they came from Pit Bull Terrier with Bull Dog stock. Yet, the puppies are still being advertised on pet and puppy websites, even though it is illegal to advertise or sell them.

"The American Bully is typically not a pet for dog parks because of its power and potentially aggressive nature. It requires a secure fenced yard in which to exercise. They are not family dogs due to the sheer power of them and potentially aggressive nature. According to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, 43 percent of tested American Bullies have hip dysplasia and 38 per cent have elbow dysplasia. These are high percentages compared with most breeds. Pigment-related deafness is also reported in the breed."

"These dogs were originally bred for blood sports, baiting and dog fighting".

Pets4Homes are featuring 186 American bully's for sale.

Freeads are featuring 164 for sale.

Preloved are advertising 28.

Gumtree are advertising 12.

Many more websites too, put American bullies in the search engine and loads of websites come up.

The issue is that the foundation of these dogs is the American Pit Bull Terrier and they're also banned in the UK. It is against the law to sell a banned dog. Abandon a banned dog, give away a banned dog, breed from a banned dog.

All the breeders should receive a visit from the police. Make a report to your local police force that the ads are still appearing on the websites.
