I can see a bird in this painting on the top of the cupola shape, like an eagle or like a brown plane with large wings upon it. Someone tried to stop it landing on top of the cupola. So what was the inspiration for the cupola a breast? In Italian the word means 'Dome", the Italian word comes from Latin, the Latin word came from the Greek language, Kypellon and it means "cup".
