BREAKFAST, Lunch, Dinner

The old proverb, "Breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince, dinner like a Pauper". That was certainly what it was like for yours truly when I went onto the Keto lifestyle nearly 20 years ago. I took the Dr Atkins diet and adapted it with foods that I enjoy, I went into ketosis and weight shed naturally due to having a fat burning metabolism instead of a sugar burning metabolism.
