Red Cabbage -v- Green Cabbage

I've always enjoyed red cabbage more than green cabbage, so which is healthier? I cook my red cabbage, in apple cider, proper cider, red wine vinegar, with red onion and apple. It goes great with different seeds too.

My mother used to serve white cabbage cooked in caraway seeds, it gives it a lovely nutty flavour, although it is difficult for the digestion system to digest white cabbage unless it is fermented.
