So what does the bible have to say in response to that ideology from Doria Ragland?
The bible says what you received freely, give freely.
"Freely you have received, freely give". Matthew 10:8
"Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice" Psalm 112:5.

"Rather, be openhanded, and freely lend them whatever they need". Deuteronomy 15:8.
