Children live what they learn, and unfortunately some of the children (not all of the children) haven't received enough discipline. Disciplining of children begins at home before they can walk and talk.
I remember when my son was young, he wouldn't even take anything out of the fridge without asking first. He would say, "Mummy may I have", whatever it is that he would like.
However with education sometimes it is do with their soul's journey, and some "fear failure", due to past life situations that they have to overcome.
A past life memory that they have to heal and ascend, because if a child has a 'fear of failure memory", from the past, or from when they were younger, then they put off completing educational tasks, and sometimes don't complete them at all.
That can apply to any child, of any colour. Healing is an essential requirement for every individual and every soul. So let it be known that the Jewish prophets, and Elijah and Jesus were healers of children.
