VEGGIE DRINKS

Following on from the vegetable message.

Get your vegetables and herbs on, my nutrition drink today was as follows:

300ml that includes:

1 fresh carrot
1 tablespoon of walnut oil
Handful of red grapes
Handful of fresh coriander
2 large tablespoons of Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons of goats milk
1 teaspoon of poppy seeds

Enjoy the orange coloured drink for the back.

I will reserve this blogpost for more veggie drinks to try.


What's for dinner?

1 smoked mackerel with horseradish.

New potatoes boiled in fresh mint.

1 boiled egg sliced and covered with garlic mayonnaise.

Fresh coriander salad, with a piece of fresh turmeric grated on top.

Houmous and some homemade salsa. Served with two slices of brown seed bread.

Growing chill's and the importance of pot size.

I've noticed the same with the lavender, the bigger the pot, the better and faster it grows.
