Mango, banana and orange juice in one smoothie. Lovely.
Pomegranate, and banana in the other smoothie. It was a very large pomegranate so I put in two bananas.
After I've finished those smoothies, I shall have the pineapple, banana and orange.
My soup today was carrot and coriander, a little orange juice, paprika, with mozzarella cheese, sprinkled with sesame seeds. With a slice of brown bread and butter.
Snacking on fresh dates too and a few after eights.
