PROPERTY DREAM

I had a sauna steamer this evening, said my prayers, and then drifted off beautifully into dreamtime in bed. Then I had a dream about a younger couple. He was in his 40s and his wife looked mid to late 30s. They had three children I think, two children and a baby. Although the girl and the baby were prominent in the dream.  They looked a bit like the couple in the film Lake House, but he had darker hair. 

I was driving them around in my red car. He was on his mobile most of the time with business calls, we were on the coastline, it was a sharply winding coastline. Has the road dipped to go around a sharp corner, the man noticed a new apartment block on the left hand side of the road. 

We drove on and then when we were driving back, (the apartment block was then on our right) we stopped so we could look at the property that was for sale. I think he had moved with his job, so they were looking for somewhere to live.

The large apartment was overlooking the sea, it was a sea front property.  It was lovely, in fact, the property that was available was a ground floor apartment slightly separate from the main building. We liked it very much and it was large, although I only saw a glimpse of inside of it that was still a shell, the walls hadn't even been painted.  

When we were back in the car he had a brochure and I asked him how much the new apartment was, he said, 200,000. I said "That's a good price for that property". Due to the size of it, it was a 4 bed apartment, on the ground floor with a garden and they had three children so were looking for that size property.

He wasn't very attentive to his wife in the dream, I had to keep on calling his attention to her and that she required help with the pram etc. She couldn't get up some steps with the pram and the baby on her own. 

Then we were in the car and we were driving in a city with old buildings. There were two old red buses on the road and the fronts of the metal red buses were all jagged. I said to him "You will have to drive", so he took the wheel of my car.  Even one of the bus drivers said that the two buses should be taken off the road. 

Then we were in a place and I saw some local people that I know sitting on a park bench, asking me to join them. I wasn't interested in joining those friends, I was enjoying myself with the young couple and children. 

I had given the children some homemade chocolates to eat. The chocolates that I made last week in real life. I encouraged the little girl to choose one for herself. There were paintbrushes in the dream too, paintbrushes that I had used for decorating my real home that I live in at this time.  I asked the little girl not to touch the paintbrushes because they had been cleaned with solvents. 

When I woke up from the dream I felt completely refreshed and rested. 

DREAM INTERPRETATION 

If the landscape in your dream is beautiful or pleasing to you it signifies bright future prospects. In dream interpretation dreaming of chocolates predicts good health and modest contentment.

With driving if you're driving yourself in a dream it is advising you to be cautious financially for the next few weeks. If another person was driving you, it indicates some money luck. 

Buildings in a dream are significant, has buildings are symbolic of your achievements. There were both old and new buildings in the dream. 

So what is happening in the UK? One third of all businesses have closed their doors and that will definitely impact upon the property market. Property prices and rents will have to come down to a reasonable cost and we could see prices slashed by developers due to some going bust and unable to finish their developments.  Be cautious financially as the dream indicates because that dream included an unfinished property that was reflected in the price for the 4 bedroom apartment.

PROPERTY DREAM

I had two dreams last night, in the first dream politicians were in it and they were BREXIT politicians.

Then I had another dream and I was discussing property again, this time I was looking at the possibility of renting a property. I keep on being shown properties in dream state so it will be interesting to see what manifests this 2020 year.

In dream interpretation to dream of property that you don't own can indicate some "temporary reverses" and I think that is a strong possibility in property prices as many immigrants will have to leave the UK and that will impact upon property prices both rental and purchase prices.

For those of us that were born in the year of horse, take a gentle trot this year, a little canter sometimes but no galloping into anything that can impact upon your life in the long term.

As changes in the British economy and the economies of Europe are bound to change due to BREXIT. Historically, Europeans always rented anyway, and in some European countries, rent is incredibly low due to the lack of work and jobs in those locations.

Rents certainly have to reflect the cost of living standards, and where rents are too high they will have to come down in cost so that people can afford them. We can't have a situation where working people can't afford to eat so that they have to go to food banks. As the bible says dogs are more compassionate than rich people and rich people get richer on the backs of the poor.

The other aspect to do with property purchases and rental is the fact that flooding areas are experiencing a drop in house prices. This article says that flood hit homeowners face house price fall. Who would ever wish to live in an area that floods like areas have done during the recent storms, storm Dennis brought a month of rain in 48 hours and it was the biggest rainfall in 200 years.

When I was presenting the Millennium Prophecies in the 90s at exhibitions I warned people about the long term for property prices. I shared that in the short to medium term they'd be OK, but in the long term property wouldn't be such a great investment as it had been in the past.

Now youngsters can't even get on the property ladder so it is inevitable that property prices will have to change. As young people can't afford to purchase based upon their salaries that haven't increased since the 80s in real terms.

When I bought my first property in the 70s, I earned enough to save up the cash for a deposit, legal fees etc and the mortgage was a tenth of our joint salaries. The two-bedroomed flat cost £11,000, 10% was paid in a deposit and the mortgage cost us £90+ a month. Two years later I bought a three bed Victorian house for £26,500 and put £3,500 down as a deposit in cash. It was after that when interest rates soared.

Today, the cost of living is so high that many young people cannot get ahead of themselves, they can't afford to save up for anything. Not even to pay for a holiday that is necessary to keep our people in the best of health. Holidays are essential for health and healthy living. My ideal would be to co-create a health farm that people could visit and receive help from so I am investigating the possibilities.

My dad preferred to rent social housing instead of own his own property because he knew how essential holidays were to his health. He would go on holiday at least two to three times a year.

The rest of his spare time he spent relaxing in the countryside. So it is different horses for different courses, people have to decide what their priorities are at different phases of their lives. The older people get the more imperative your health becomes to you. Plus your health is like love, you can never take it for granted like the EU took the UK for granted. Patriots will do their utmost to defend our culture and our country from globalism.

When I was young it was imperative that I provided a safe, secure and stable environment for my child. I was fortunate that I had a great marketing career with the skills and talents that could provide for him with holidays for his health and everything else he required that was essential. As such, he was an incredibly healthy child and he was born a freedom loving Aquarian born in the year of the Dog.

PROPERTY DREAM

I had a dream of property and it looked like it was in a large city like London. Loads of businesses of all sizes had left the old buildings as the government plan was to completely replace the buildings. As the land had become a prime site in the city.

There were estate agent signs all over the historic buildings and they looked like converted warehouses from the time of the industrial revolution.

However, things didn't work out the way that the property developers had planned, and people were talking of allowing the businesses to come back again to those buildings.

Then there was a different aspect to the dream and a Swedish business man was in the dream. At this point there was some discussion, and there was also a woman in the dream. The key word in the dream was "expectation", and how things hadn't worked out the way that some people had expected.

The people in the dream reminded yours truly what I had thoughtfully shared with the people decades ago about the importance of not having expectations, as things don't always turn out the way that you think that they will. Decades ago, I was sharing with people to have "no attachment to outcomes", and the importance of staying flexible.

Dreaming of real estate transactions, whether purchase, sale, or transfer, indicates an increase in material wealth, probably through inheritance. Buildings can represent life achievement, the buildings were "old and dilapidated" and in dream interpretation that can mean that people better start saving for the days ahead as renovations are required.

The dream is about regeneration of existing properties, and not replacement thereof as the people are against replacement of their cultural heritage and historical achievements.

To dream of signs (there was a huge amount of them on both sides of the road) can indicate approaching opportunities in a business environment especially for small and medium sized businesses.

To dream of a foreign place or country indicates that the realisation of your heart's desire is closer than you might think, persevere and be patient. A foreigner in your dream, whatever the nationality, is auspicious if the person was friendly.  The fact that there was a man from a different EU country, says to me that this dream is not just about one country and it does relate to northern Europe.

There has been a series of business dreams of people in England this year with men and women in the specific dreams. It indicates that these people are important to the divine plan, the divine plan of regeneration that is far greater and far more important than anyone can replace.

This is also Spring Equinox, northern Europeans have been known to celebrate it during the history of our historic cultures. The 21st of March, is the "Day of Clarity". 

If we cross reference this with the prophecies, it takes us to Isaiah 49 and that chapter is about the restoration.  'Yes, captives will be taken from warriors, and plunder retrieved from the fierce, I will contend with those that contend with you, and your children I will save". Isaiah 49:25 

"They will come from the north and they will come from the west, and some will come from the region of Aswan". Isaiah 49:12. Interesting that some of our guys in London, have claimed a black Egyptian ancestry, and they're very active in defending our people and freedom of speech.

Some of them are even doing interviews with Tommy Robinson and each other. Most of them are strongly against Islam, and what it does, as they know about the "Arab slavery" and what that has done to the people and cultures throughout the history if Islam.

I've been to Aswan on a nile cruise after the new millennium began. I took a spiritual friend on the cruise for her 50th because it was her dream to go to Egypt.

In the region of Aswan, you have ancient Nubia that is between Aswan and Sudan.
