It is written that the Ma'ohr is represented by the higher Hebrew name of God, and the Ohr is the revelation of that level. Similarly, ELOKIM is a lower name of God, and the light that creates existence is constricted through this name ELOKIM. Now it makes sense as I had written much today, and wondered exactly which message he was referring to. It was the message that constricts the expansion of that which is 'destroying' humanity.
