The mirrors are mentioned in the book of Exodus, 38:8, Job 37.18. Isaiah 3:23. 1 Corinthians 13:12 and in the book of James. 'Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like'.
Its a few years ago now when the LORD said 'Your Designer clothes will not save you'. [2]
This evening before I saw this news about the child and the mirror, the LORD spoke to me about what others are engaged in, and he referred to it as a 'Popularity Contest'. He knows that I and many others are far beyond what others do. However, he was helping me to comprehend something that is very important to what is happening on the planet. It goes far beyond appearances that are created by designers. Also in the news, the 'Prism' is everywhere. They could shut down the internet. However, that would not stop us communicating with the people. There is nothing that they can do to stop the light reaching the right places for the right reasons.
As I was writing that last sentence, I could hear a sound in my right ear. Hard to explain the sound that I heard. It was like an instrument striking a gong continuously. Then it stopped. To hit the gong you have to it hit it just right to get the right sound. The LORD knows exactly how to strike the gong and when for his divine purpose. This is when experience really counts.
