NEWLEY, Anthony

This evening I was given the name NEWLEY, and that reminds me of the English musician and actor that was born in East London, Anthony Newley. He passed over in America, Jensen Beach, Florida.

In this video he sings a Newley/Bricusse medley, recorded in 1972. Leslie Bricusse was his songwriting partner. They won an Academy Award nomination together. He's singing with Sammy Davis Jnr another wonderful singer.
