Onions
Red Kidney Beans
Celery
Beetroot
Olive Oil
Garlic
Palm Oil
Sweet Chili Sauce
Baby toms
Green olives
White fish
Cook on a low heat, 2-3-4.
Cover the pan with olive oil, a few hands full of chopped onions, saute in 3-4 pieces of garlic.
Add two small beetroot.
When the onions are soft, add two to three sticks of celery chopped.
Add a dozen baby toms, cut in half, add six olives, more if you like more.
When cooked through, add a tin of red kidney beans drained.
Add a couple of teaspoons of palm oil and a sprinkle of sweet chili sauce. To keep the dish moist.
Keep stirring, then place a white fish on the top and let the juices of the meal permeate the fish.
