Interesting that I fancied Beef in Ginger this evening for dinner and I had it with a new dish of aubergines and mango's with noodles, it was really lovely.
The difference is I didn't use Sunflower oil, only Roasted Sesame oil for both dishes. I also put some egg noodles in it.
