Bliss Card

While responding to something that had been written on-line about shields and prayers - I suddenly received a whiff of chlorine: 

Then the next thing that happened I was given the words 'Bliss Card' very gently: So the next move was to see what could be found on bliss card: Sure enough I found an American website that does bliss cards and the website is called 'Blissworld' - the company also provide spas in few different locations - so it is watch on for the USA!
