VINEGAR and Artery Function

This video of the different medical studies done on vinegar. It reminds me of when Jesus asked me to have vinegar when I was experiencing the Lazarus initiation.  I like Balsamic vinegar and I like to dip fresh bread in it and then eat it.  Its no coincidence that after I had a traumatic birth, the baby sucked the vinegar out of pickled onions and I always liked eating gherkins.

The soul of the baby knew what was required to help the arteries after the impact of the birth naturally, I still like my fish and chips with vinegar, and Balsamic vinegar is from Italy.

In the studies they also found that blueberries and nuts are important for artery function. When my heart was checked by the medics numerous times, it was found to be fine. For sure my healthy diet as an important positive impact on my heart health, and what happens with the heart also impacts upon the brain. My heart is peaceful, may my peace be with your heart and home, for home is where the heart is.

So what am I eating today as guided yesterday. Some mashed pototoes cooked in garlic, with some carrots, and green cabbage leaves, with some cardamon and basil with black pepper. Sprinkled with cheese and served with some gherkins and balsamic vinegar.

What else? My nutrient drink is blueberries and my snack is walnuts and brazil nuts.

I also make a point of doing some inversion therapy before I eat. I have found that inversion therapy stops the sciatica, and helps to keep my body oxygenated and the blood flowing, which is important at my age.

BALSAMIC VINEGAR

My body intuition is still with the cheeses for calcium, and this week it was the apricot stilton and some roule soft cheese. Plus mozzarella that is yeast free. In addition, some humous, my body likes chick peas. However, my body intuition was really drawn to the 'Balsamic Vinegar of Moderna, from Italy. Sainsbury's are offering an attractive price at £1 for a 250ml bottle.

Balsamic Vinegar can be used in cooking for extra flavour used like a soya sauce. Or it can be utilized like a dip as a snack. Its good with very thin slices of french bread dipped in it, or you could have it have it with segments of tortilla or pitta bread with other snacks like nuts, seeds or olives.

I also like it dripped with olive oil and garlic on tomatoes and mozzarella cheese served on a bed of fresh spinach.

Vinegar is very good for revival for the body when you are in a recovery situation.

Its made from a cooked wine Trebbiano grape juice so different from the traditional vinegar. It has been  made in Modena and also Reggio Emilia since the Middle Ages and source link shares with us that it is mentioned in a document that is dated to 1046.

The word 'balsamico' from the Latin 'balsamum' comes from the Greek 'balsamon' and it means 'balsam-like' that is restorative and or curative. [1] You could also add the balsamic vinegar to a tomato juice drink, or try it with orange or carrot juice. I also have a carrot and coriander soup this week, so I shall also add some balsamic vinegar to that as well. Jesus first mentioned the 'vinegar' to me around Christmas time last year. So I must remember to include it in my weekly diet.

Balsamic vinegar has a high mineral content.  High in calcium and low in sodium, it also has a strong iron content that is good for the blood in addition to being high in Magnesium.  [2] Balsamic Vinegar is an essential for those with any heart, blood flow or circulation conditions.

The GP was pleased with the recovery so far from the incident in January 2011, and he said that he knows that it is being worked on. Onwards and upwards!
