Ajay Banga is the new World Bank Chief, he worked for Obama when he was President and Americans know the harms that Obama did to the US. Obama even bombed Pakistan within days of taking office.
Banga says that on climate change, the developed countries view it completely differently to developing countries. This 24mins of Ajay provides some of his views. His job is to review the World Bank and his vision is for a liveable planet where the people can prosper.
He's at Davos, journalists questioned him on a cashless society, Avi says "going cashless is a threat to democracy."
