The Judge presiding over Tommy's appeal has done what Tommy is accused of. That puts Leveson in "contempt of court" doesn't it!
The appeal is being heard in London on the 10th of July, 2018.

First it was postponed, then the date of the 24th was given, then yesterday a new court date of the 18th was given. So the case has been brought forward.
