POWER OF WALNUTS

It was Grapetree's 10th Anniversary and they were gifting a kilo of Walnuts with orders made. I made an order that included Castor Oil for my skin, scalp and hair. 

The fact that they were giving away walnuts freely was also a sign for yours truly due to the name that I gave to a health and nutrition group five years ago. The great walnut is very healthy for women post-menopause, so I gifted some of my walnuts to a friend. Hence the saying of Jesus written in scripture, "freely you have received, freely give". 

On the 17th of February, I made meat balls with minced beef and ground walnuts, red onion, garlic, ginger, thyme, oregano and basil. I seal them in the pan, then cook them in the oven sprinkled in oats and honey. I like ground walnuts on Greek yogurt too for breakfast with ground pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Yesterday, I also included blueberries.

ROGER WATERS UN SPEECH

Roger Waters gave a speech to the UN Assembly on the 8th February, 2023 on behalf of "we the people", he says a "voice for the voiceless". 

The member from the UK at the UN looks mortified has Rogers calls all of the UN members out and demands a ceasefire and a stop of the UN war machine. There are only five permanent members of the UN, has such, Roger refers to the UN has being "undemocratic" too. 

He had a lot to say in his 14 minutes speech, worth a listen to what he had to say to the UN. I may not agree with every word he said, although I support his right to say it, in the manner that he chose. 

I certainly do agree with Human Rights for everyone and the end of the war. Has we know that western governments engineered the war between Ukraine and Russia. 

POWER OF CASTOR OIL

I felt compelled to buy some Castor Oil last week, so let's take a look at this ancient oil that comes from Castor beans, a native plant from India. 

It is a source of Vitamin E, Omega-9 fatty acids and Omega 6 fatty acids. Research has shown that Omega-9 has pain relief and anti-inflammatory properties. Its also great for the skin and hair and can be used has a carrier oil too. Like you would use almond oil or any other carrier oil for essential oils. I'm trying it out for external use, although I think my mother gave me this oil orally has a young child.

The beautiful American Actress, Raquel Welch has passed over on the 15th February, 2023, age 82. 

The 15th of February is the "Day of Inventiveness". Raquel was certainly inventive.

Burt passed over on the 8th February, 2023, the "Day of Precognition". His legacy of music is huge, so many classics and big hits. Thank you for the music that inspired generations. Humanity were blessed to receive your sound of love. You were so blessed with so much incredible talent. Forever in our hearts, Burt Bacharach.

TURKEY/SYRIA EARTHQUAKE PREDICTED?

The Jerusalem Post have shared that a Dutch seismologist predicted the Turkey earthquake 3 days earlier with almost exact precision of the epicenter of the quake that would strike.
